Maitreya is the name of the next Buddha who, according to Buddhist scriptures, will embody and teach the path of loving-kindness.

The exceptional Maitreya Project Heart Shrine Relic Tour is being hosted by the Unitarian Universalists of Clearwater, Florida on the weekend of October 31 through November 2, 2008. It is free and open to all visitors. Blessings all day!

Opening Ceremony Friday Night 7 PM

Viewings Saturday November 1 10 AM- 7PM; Sunday November 2 Noon- 7PM
Worship Sunday 10:30 AM- 12 PM

A film about the Maitreya Project in Kushinagar, India and the global Heart Shrine Relic Tour will be shown throughout the weekend. Relic Tour memorabilia will be on sale as well.
